Liquid & Larder, the trailblazing group behind Bistecca, The Gidley and The Rover, have opened a new restaurant and bar, called Alfie’s, on Bligh Street that is set to flip the steakhouse model on its head.
About the Role:
You’ll work alongside our creative, Group Bar visionary Alex Gondzioulis with a team of reliable, efficient & charismatic bartenders, amongst the rousing and buzzy atmosphere of Alfie’s dining room & bar.
Adaptability is key to this position, as you move from creating drinks in the bar, to deliver drinks & greet guests as they come through the doors.
Delivering focused personalised service with an air of cheeky charm is who we need you to be.
About the Venue:
At a time where Sydney’s CBD dining scene is leaning into more grand establishments and slow dining, Alfie’s will push the boundaries and be unapologetically dynamic, fast-paced and impactful while still delivering world-class food, drinks and service. The new concept, which has not yet been seen in Sydney, will disrupt the CBD’s ever emerging trend of American steakhouses and grand brasseries, offering a premium alternative with exceptional value for money.
