Liquid & Larder is on the hunt for an experienced Chef de Partie who’s passionate about the underrated art of breakfast service. Join our small, growing team at Bar Julius, located in the vibrant lobby of The EVE Hotel.
About The Venue:
Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner.
Bar Julius is The Eve’s European-inspired lobby bar. A welcoming and vibrant hub that caters to every taste—open early and up late, from caffeine to cocktails served alongside all-day bistro classics. It’s a place for our guests to settle in and reset in this nostalgic bar.
About The Role:
To thrive in our team, you’ll need consistency, confidence, and a hands-on approach. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential as we work together to deliver an exceptional all-day dining experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a fast-paced breakfast service
- Has experience (or interest) in French omelettes. Preferred, but not essential
- Brings great energy to an early start, shifts are typically 7am–12pm.
- Is after 20–25 hours per week, with room to grow
