About The Venue:

Located in Sydney’s Redfern, on the fringe of Surry Hills and Redfern’s creative hub, The EVE sits at the heart of a new lifestyle precinct, Wunderlich Lane, and will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, poolside dining, lobby bar and dining, as well as an in-room dining service all under Liquid & Larder’s remit as the hotel’s exclusive hospitality partner. 

A new dining and drinking concept like nothing on offer in Sydney, Lottie, is situated in a lush oasis adjacent to The EVE’s rooftop pool. From housemade tortillas made on the imported tortilla press and warmed on a comal (cast iron flat top) in full view of the dining room and paired with a selection of main dishes, to the classiest shaved ice margarita you’ve ever seen, Lottie is set to be something truly special. We are assembling a team of Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs & the all important kitchen porters, to work alongside Executive Chef Pip Pratt. 

About The Roles:

You’ll be consistent and self-assured, working in a team where every role is hands-on, requiring strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Experience in a busy and energetic kitchen, particularly with Mexican or South American cuisine, is preferred, as is holding a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
