About the Venue:
The Rover is a timeless neighbourhood staple in the belly of Surry Hills. On approach from the street, the promise of great conversation and affable hospitality lures you inside to be greeted like an old friend.
A bustling neighbourhood cocktail bar serving creative drinks, freshly shucked oysters and a selection of burgers including the world famous Gidley Burger.
About the Role:
We are offering a casual bartender position that calls for adaptability and a willingness to engage in cross-training across various areas of the venue from hosting, shaking tins, walking guests through our food menu & showing everyone a great time. The role is a perfect platform for a committed hospitality individual to perform in a small venue where their personality and customer focussed attitude can shine.
