The intimate space seats up to fourteen guests and is available exclusively for private lunch and dinner bookings. Step away from the buzz of the main dining room and welcome your guests into an elegant, secluded setting.

All guests must be over 18 years of age.
Your guests will enjoy a specially selected four-course menu; the only thing you’ll need to decide is the weight of Bistecca you would like served per person.
Our Head Sommelier has crafted a wine list especially for the Private Dining Room, featuring Italian grape varieties sourced exclusively from Italy and Australia.
End your meal with our Bistecca favourite, tiramisu, and take inspiration from our bar stocked with amaro from around the world, best enjoyed in great company.

A guest is under the age of eighteen. Can they dine with us?
Anyone under the age of eighteen is not permitted in Bistecca.

Why the Cappelletti Room?
Our private dining room takes its name from the Cappelletti family, Italian herbalists behind several amari (bitter liqueurs). Bistecca’s founders visited their distillery on the trip that shaped Bistecca as it is today.

Can we fit more than 14 people in?
The table comfortably seats 14 guests, which we recommend as the ideal number. However, 16 can be accommodated if needed, though space will be limited. We recommend booking for 14 and contacting us at amaro@bistecca.com.au to extend your reservation.
