The Norfolk Room
An intimate private dining room for up to twenty people, the Norfolk Room is hidden away at the back of The Gidley.
Library
Following your meal in the Library, the room will be transformed as the dining table is lifted away, unveiling a meticulously crafted, tournament-quality poker table set for up to eight people.
Wine Room
A unique semi-private space adjoining the main dining room available for groups up to 10 people on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch and evening.

West Wing

Lottie Exclusive
Perched atop The Eve Hotel in Redfern, Lottie is a contemporary Mexican rooftop restaurant and mezcaleria, offering a stunning setting for an exclusive dining experience. With soft pink travertine, lush greenery, and a striking marble bar, the space is designed to feel like a coastal escape while offering sweeping views across the rooftops of the surrounding neighbourhood.
