Hospitality with purpose
We exist to create great hospitality and to strengthen the people, communities and environments that make our industry possible. We invest in future talent, nourish those in need, and protect the health and wellbeing of our teams.
We are committed to doing good in the same way we do business: with care, craft, accountability and purpose.
Our guiding principles
Authenticity
We support causes that resonate with who we are.
Local impact
We prioritise giving that benefits our communities.
Equity & inclusion
We support a diverse range of organisations.
Sustainability
We focus on lasting, positive differences.
Transparency
Our process is clear, fair and open.
Four pillars of support
01
Hospitality health & wellbeing
Our signature pillar
Supporting the physical, mental and emotional health of hospitality workers, from mental health first aid and burnout prevention to addiction support and recovery education.
02
Hospitality futures, people & pathways
Building long-term careers through apprenticeships, scholarships for disadvantaged youth, refugee and migrant employment pathways, women in hospitality advancement, and leadership development programmes.
03
Food access & community nourishment
Leveraging our core capability, food, to support Sydney communities through surplus recovery, community kitchens, emergency relief meals, and food rescue partnerships.
04
Long-term partnerships
Enduring relationships with aligned organisations. We prioritise depth, trust and continuity over short-term or transactional support: multi-year commitments, in-kind support, and staff engagement that compounds over time.
Our current partners
We are proud to partner with the following organisations, each aligned with our pillars of support:
R U OK?
Australia’s national suicide prevention charity, aligned with our commitment to hospitality mental health and wellbeing.
Starlight Children’s Foundation — Five Chefs Dinner
We donate a substantial dining voucher as a raffle prize on the night, supporting Starlight’s work with seriously ill children and their families.
Tour de Cure Snowball Gala
We support Tour de Cure’s annual Snowball Gala by donating a major experience prize as well as a mid-tier prize for the evening’s fundraising efforts in the cancer research and support space.
Children’s Rehabilitation — Charity Golf Day
Supporting children’s rehabilitation through an annual fundraising golf day, bridging our community health and futures pillars.
