About The Role:
As the Restaurant Supervisor, your role is to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring exceptional dining experiences. With excellent attention to detail, you will uphold impeccable standards for both food quality and service. Your approach to service will be personal, professional, and engaging, striving to understand guests’ needs and expectations while leading by example to embody the characteristics that make us best in class.

Your Day to Day:
- Full management of venue when MOD

Moving into the intimate 50-seat restaurant, you’re greeted by refined Tuscan hospitality. From the table, take in our famous Bistecca butcher’s block and open hearth, which fills the dining room with timeless warmth. The space then flows to a bottle-lined enoteca (wine room) available for private dining.
Bistecca is fast paced, though our guests should be met with a warm, timeless and nostalgic feeling, that is sincere and welcoming. We want them to feel comfortable, and still have a sense of the raw, rustic, and a little bit of cheek!

This is a dual-role position combining butchery and prep with delivery driving across our venues. You’ll work closely with our kitchen and butchery team, ensuring high-quality product is prepared and delivered efficiently and safely.

About the Role:
With a sharp eye for detail and warm, confident communication, you’ll deliver a service experience that is personal, professional, and engaging. Your ability to understand and anticipate guest needs will ensure we consistently exceed expectations and maintain best-in-class service standards.
Previous experience in a hatted venue is highly regarded, as is a commitment to maintaining consistency and excellence.
Your Day to Day:
- Ensures all beverages are to specifications and consistent.
- Ensures efficient, professional and personal guest experience.
- Communicates efficiently with all members of the venue.
