We are currently assembling a team of Bar Professionals who are as energetic and engaging as the vibrant venue and experience we will deliver at Lottie, on the rooftop of The EVE Hotel.
About The Venue:
Lottie is more than just a place to eat; it’s a rhythm, an energy that evolves throughout the day. From sun-soaked afternoons to sultry evenings, the space will come alive with vibrant ambiance, from chilled house beats to upbeat tunes, setting the tone for sunset margaritas. Whether it’s a leisurely long lunch or winding down as the sun dips in the west, Lottie is the rooftop destination for all-year-round dining.
Just past the entry, the Mezcaleria sets the tone. It’s the bar at Lottie, and a destination in its own right. A vibrant space pouring mezcals, raicillas and tequilas, alongside a Margarita lineup that is classic, spiced or seasonal.
About The Roles:
This rooftop experience starts with you. With excellent attention to detail and warm communication, you will provide a personal, professional, and engaging experience, understanding our guests’ needs and expectations while delivering best-in-class service. Whether you’re tending to guests seated at the bar or serving drinks in the dining room, your role will be key to creating memorable moments.
And most importantly, you’ll be having a great time doing it!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver food and beverage service in line with venue standards and sequence of service
- Prepare and serve drinks to Lottie’s specifications
- Assist with bar set-up, pack-down, and daily operations
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to enhance the overall experience
- Contribute positively to venue culture and teamwork
About You:
- Proven experience in a premium or hatted venue
- Confident, calm, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and genuine passion for guest experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
