Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for experienced and driven Chef de Partie to join the team at Lottie on a casual basis with the opportunity to grow.
About Lottie:
High above Surry Hills, Lottie pulses with city energy. Perched on The Eve Hotel rooftop, our open kitchen is a seasonal escape that blends bold Mexican flavours with standout Australian produce. Vibrant, laid-back, and full of intent.
Now with Head Chef Joe Valero at the helm, Lottie enters a new phase. Rooted in memory, spiced with imagination, and plated with purpose. Born in Guadalajara and shaped by kitchens across Sydney and Latin America, Joe brings a fresh voice to Lottie’s story.
Your Day to Day:
- Maintain consistency of all food in line with company standards
- Embody the company culture and promote this within the team.
- Ensure correct maintenance processes are followed for all equipment and general kitchen working surfaces and areas
- Communicating efficiently between all members of the team.
- Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position as requested
About You:
- Proven experience in a within a premium or hatted venue
- A confident and calm demeanour
- High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
- Preferably holds a NSW Food Safety Supervisory Certificate
