Bar Julius is yours to take — fluted ceiling, marble, brass, and the original Louise Olsen artwork suspended overhead. When you book exclusively, the doors close to the public and the whole room becomes your own. Whether it’s a standing cocktail party or a shared sit-down lunch or dinner, the team at Bar Julius looks after every detail from first drink to last.

How it Works
Bar Julius exclusive hire suits two formats: a standing canapé event for up to 80 guests, or a shared sit-down for up to 60 across the existing floorplan. For seated events, a set menu is available at $90 per guest. Canapés can be added to either format, with selections ranging from light bites to substantial pieces.
Beverages can be taken on consumption or as a package — $80 per person for a three-hour lunch service, or $150 per person for a five-hour evening. Cocktails on arrival, champagne, and food and wine pairing are available on request.

The Rate Card
Hire is by minimum spend, covering all food and beverage consumed on the night. A 10% service charge applies to all bookings. Additional surcharges apply on Sundays and public holidays.
Monday to Wednesday $3,000 daytime / $5,000 evening
Thursday $4,000 daytime / $8,000 evening
Friday $4,000 daytime / Evening on enquiry
Saturday $5,000 daytime / Evening on enquiry
