Conclusion of The EVE Hotel partnership

REDFERN: Liquid & Larder will conclude its 18-month operation of the food and beverage venues at The EVE Hotel. During that time, Bar Julius and Lottie established themselves as dining destinations in their own right, with Lottie earning a Chef Hat in the SMH Good Food Guide. 

The decision, made jointly with owner and developer TOGA Group, will see Liquid & Larder focus on the next chapter of its portfolio and future growth.

Liquid & Larder Co-Founder James Bradey said the Sydney-based hospitality group had jumped at the opportunity to explore a new expression of its brand by creating hospitality experiences across an entire hotel.

“Building Bar Julius and Lottie from the ground up challenged us creatively and gave our team the opportunity to deliver experience-led hospitality in a completely new environment” he said.

“The experience has reinforced where Liquid & Larder creates its greatest impact, and we’re excited to focus our energy on the next evolution of the business. We’ll leave The EVE with enormous respect for the partnership we’ve shared and wish the team every success.”

TOGA Group spokesperson Allan Vidor said Liquid & Larder had played a defining role in establishing Bar Julius and Lottie as quality-led venues from day one.

The transition will see TOGA Group bring all three hotel restaurants under a single operator, with the team behind Olympus, The Apollo and Cho Cho San set to take on the venues as part of the precinct’s next phase.
