Dining Room & Bar Reservations
Reservations are essential and open at 7am, 30 days in advance, with new availability released daily via our website.
Bistecca has two distinct experiences: the Dining Room, where the bistecca is served as our signature shared main, and the Bar, a walk-in only space serving a separate menu of snacks and smaller plates (the bistecca is served in the Dining Room only).
Please ensure you are booking into your preferred dining experience.
Lunch 7 days | From 12 noon.
Dinner 7 days | From 5.30pm.
The Menu
Our menu is built around one main – the bistecca – served alongside a selection of starters and sides chosen to complement the steak.
The Bistecca The bistecca is cut to order from a single piece, and the minimum size is 600 grams. This is the size required to include both the sirloin and the eye fillet, which together make the cut a true bistecca. Anything smaller would either compromise the cook or omit the eye fillet, and would not deliver the experience we want to provide.
Dining Room Seating Times
Tables for two are seated at 12 noon, 12.30pm and 2.30pm for lunch, and 5.30pm, 7.30pm and 9.30pm for dinner.
Tables for three to ten guests are bookable at 12 noon or 2.30pm for lunch, and 5.30pm, 5.45pm or 8.30pm onwards for dinner.
Reservations are allocated two hours at the table; larger tables are given an additional 30 minutes.
Solo diners are welcome to join us at the hearth, seated up close to the fire and overlooking the team as they cook the bistecca.
The Bar
The Bar at Bistecca is walk-in only, with its own à la carte menu. Please note the bistecca is not served at the bar.
Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, reductions in guest numbers or change of date requests. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a charge of $100 per person will be incurred.
Public Holidays Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 15% will apply to all food and beverage prices.
Dining with Children Bistecca is an over 18s venue. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Dining Room or Bar.
