Dining Room Reservations
Reservations are essential and open at 7am, 30 days in advance, with new availability released daily via our website.
Lunch 7 days | From 12 noon.
Dinner 7 days | From 5.30pm.
Dining Room Seating Times
Tables for two are seated at 12 noon, 12.30pm and 2.30pm for lunch, and 5.30pm, 7.30pm and 9.30pm for dinner.
Tables for three to ten guests are bookable at 12 noon or 2.30pm for lunch, and 5.30pm, 5.45pm or 8.30pm onwards for dinner.
Reservations are allocated two hours at the table.
Solo diners are welcome to join us at the hearth, seated up close to the fire and overlooking the team as they cook the bistecca.
The Bar
The Bar at Bistecca is walk-in only, with its own menu. Please note the bistecca is not served at the bar.
Booking Policy
Bistecca is an over-18s venue. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted, including babies and infants.
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, reductions in guest numbers, or date changes. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a charge of $100 per person will apply.
