Take the whole room. Exclusive hire gives you the full venue and the bar, with a dedicated team running the event your way. Up to 65 seated, three and a half to four hours of service, with more on request.
It starts at the bar, with drinks and canapés the moment your guests walk in. After 30 to 60 minutes everyone moves to the table, and the food lands: a 220g sirloin cooked over fire, carved and shared down the table, with sides in the middle. Built to feed a room, fast. Two shared desserts to finish. $99 per person, set menu, evolving with the season.
Drinks run on consumption or lock in a package from $85 a head. Add a cocktail on arrival, a DJ to fill the room, whatever the occasion calls for. Saturday lunch or Sunday, lunch or dinner. Tell us the date and the head count, and we’ll take care of the rest.
